Dear
colleagues,
Please find attached the
latest draft of the DSWD’s Guidelines for the Management of Evacuation Centers
and Emergency Shelter.
This copy is currently with
the DSWD’s MANCOM for comments and subsequent approval. As the DSWD is currently
in the process of having this document approved by Acting Secretary Celia Yangco, who is being
replaced by Corazon “Dinky” Soliman, we have been notified by DSWD that the
latest we can submit our comments is by 10 am Friday, 2 July. We apologize for
the short notice and hope to hear from you soon.
Please send through comments to me by COB Thursday and I will compile on behalf
of the cluster.
We are requesting for further time for comments and
will let you know if further opportunities are made
available.
Thank you and best
regards,
Phil
