Dear Sir/Ma'am,


The training section of JICA announces the opening of this year's
Training
Programme for Young Leaders, a 3-week training in Japan for nation-
building.


This is open to all Filipinos 20-35 years old who have not been to
Japan
and who are expected to become leaders in the following fields:
(1) mother and child health,
(2) community-based tourism,
(3) support system for people with disability,
(4) administrative management and
(5) peace-builing/post-war reconstruction.

Sixteen participants will be accepted for each sector, and the
deadline
