Dear CCCM/NFI Cluster colleagues,
Please find below request for inputs from OCHA on preparedness and response underway for Typhoon Juan (Megi).
If you have already provided the list of your available stocks and capacities to the other clusters (e.g. WASH, Health, etc), you can just mention the cluster where those lists are submitted. Essentially, the information that we need from your agency for now are:
a. Supplies Available on Stock (type and quantity)
b. Location
c. Human Resource
Also, if your agency is already doing humanitarian work (support to IDPs and distribution of NFIs) in affected areas, it will also be useful to provide a short description of the activities, location, number of families served, etc.

Dear Cluster Leads,
Further to our
Inter-Cluster Coordination meeting yesterday afternoon, grateful if you could
forward to us ASAP the list of supplies/stocks that are currently held
in-country by your respective cluster members. You will recall that we
agreed yesterday that OCHA would consolidate this information and provide it to
the NDRRMC today. We have a meeting with the NDRRMC at 1200, so please
forward your inputs to us by 1100 latest. Many thanks to those of you who
have already provided this information.
We will be sending out the
minutes of yesterday's ICC meeting shortly.
