Cluster Meeting

Please be informed the next cluster CCCM/NFI cluster meeting will be held with DSWD RIV-A Office on Wednesday March 3 at 9 a.m.

 

Location: New Conference Room (in front of multi-purpose hall)

            Elsie Gaches Village (opposite MacDonalds)

            Alabang-Zapote Road

Date:    Wednesday March 3

Time:    9 a.m.

 

The draft agenda is detailed below:

 

  1. Follow up to results of Displacement Tracking Matrix Feb 4 report
  2. Establishment/strengthening of camp committees
  3. Enhancement of DSWD Camp Management Guidelines
  4. Communication boards in IDP sites
  5. Information management matrix
  6. Potential impact of upcoming elections on camp management
  7. Revision of CCCM/NFI cluster strategy

 

Please add any other items.

Deadline for submission is Monday march 1 and apologies the source document is not the one I attached but is available on the following website

Also, noted at the IM meeting was that further reporting will be based on the 3W info and as such as much as possible we will need to improve the quality of data.
Please, ensure that the fields: Organisation, Sector, Activity, geographical area down to municipality, status and beneficiaries are all filled in.

Dear colleagues,

 

Can I request all agencies conducting CCCM activities or distributing NFIs to complete the latest 3W matrix (Who is doing What Where) and forward it to me. Please find attached the version relevant to 19 Jan. Please add latest additions to the bottom of the matrix and highlight in yellow. The matrix is also available on the humanitarian response website http://www.un.org.ph/response/index.php.

 

The deadline for submission of the latest version is March 1 2010.

Thank you to Habitat for Humanity, Handicap International and IOM for submission of the 3W update.

 

Any agencies engaged in CCCM activities or distribution of NFIs particularly family kits (as these are not covered in other clusters) please submit before COB today.
