Dear colleagues

Please find attached the final joint DSWD/IOM Displacement Tracking Matrix report for evacuation centre conditions until Dec 10, 2009. This is currently relevant for Region IV-A. The next report is scheduled to be released in mid-January and should include data from CAR and Region III where evacuation centres are still open.

In addition I attach the latest population matrix detailing the IDP population of the remaining open sites. The current displaced population residing in evacuation centres is approximately 12,000 people down from the 45,000 reported in early December. This data is still provisional and if partners are aware of any further information, please let us know so we can update the matrix.

Best regards
