第二届巴西数字文化论坛，将于2010年11月14日至17日在圣保罗Cinemateca举行，旨在象2009年一样， 把文化精神和社会数字文化传
播网络连接在一起。

今年论坛的创意是提高在网络中出现的新进程的能见度，针对全年不同社区实践和兴趣的不同而进行组织，提出问题和建议，以支持数字文化时代公共政策的实
施，此倡议是2003年由巴西文化部发起的。

该论坛还将象过去一样， 将为网络世界新兴的艺术表现形式提供空间，并向公众预报巴西文化多样性的发展趋势。

因此，现开放给大众对议程提出建议，无论是任何个人，团体，集体，国家或国际机构均可在以下几个方面提出参加建议：
