Download a Decade: CCC, TETYC, Forum

Hi everyone. I'm organizing some people to volunteer to download a decade of CCC and TETYC. Worst case scenario is that the journals go away and we lose out on that history. I don't think that will necessarily happen but you can't take it for granted that documents will remain accessible. Not sure where to store but for now, priority is to grab them.
