*laf* That's fine.

For A2, for part 3, you should have a single command which causes all the work to get done. This, in turn, should call other commands (turnRight, turnAround, moveToEndOfHallway, etc).

You're going to need the 'loops' concept, which we'll see in class on Monday, in order to complete Part 3.

Thanks!

So wait, we NEED to use only one command in part 3? We can't just make
a program? Cause I just finished mine and it works exactly how it
should on any length of pipe, but my code spans around 44 lines of
code, including lines with only curly braces on them.

i have it in one line and i get it to "race" around the track but i
can't quite figure out how to make it stop where i'd like it to. is
that part of the "looping" concept as well?

Perhaps. Mine is fairly complex in how I made it stop. I mean, it's a
simple command structure, but it's a fairly complex concept.

I still am wondering if it's absolutely required to have it in one
command, and if so, where it was said. Because until I read this post
I had never heard that it had to be...

Speaking of which, are we going to have a rubric for homework part 2,
like we did for part 1?

You do need to have just *one*command*that*main*calls*.

Your one command should call other commands (like turnRight, turnAround, etc).

There'll be a rubric up shortly.

THanks!
