Hello!
PDF files are fine - if you want to work using another program (Pages, OpenOffice.org, etc, etc), feel free to do so. The main things are that
1) I can open the file (.PDF files are great)
2) The file basically contains the same thing as the Word .DOC would.
What I mean by the second item is that if things are slightly off a little bit (margins slightly different, table lacks a vertical line on the right-most edge, or some other, minor error that sometimes occurs when
importing a foriegn file format into your prefered program) that's fine, but make sure that it's in a table, the table is clear and easy to read, etc, etc.
Thanks!

Subject: Submitting homework both as .doc and .pdf?
Mr. Panitz,
I don't mean to sound like a snob but I tried using Microsoft Word for the assignment 1 and saved the error and trace tables in a .doc, and it's not that I don't know my way around Word, but I much prefer to use iWork instead. I can save my Pages documents
as a .doc instead of a .pages file, but some of the formatting, gets messed up aesthetically. I have the option to save as a PDF, and that will maintain the formatting perfectly. Can I include my error and trace tables in PDF format in addition to the .doc
files?
