Dear Faculty,

December 3, 2009 marks 25 years since the Bhopal disaster in which approximately 40 metric tons of methyl isocyanate were released into the atmosphere of Bhopal, India. The incident was a catastrophe for Bhopal with an estimated 8,000 casualties in 2 days, and tens of thousands still affected.

A group of ENVS 150 students is hosting a two-day remembrance event as scheduled below. If you are able, will you please announce the events to your classes?

Tuesday December 1st
