Spring is upon us and the fairways are ready to welcome us with open arms. Before you get your calendar filled, think about the Youth Scholarship Golf Outing to benefit youth scholarships to Camp Christian.
The Youth Scholarship Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday, June 5th at Scioto Reserve Country Club with a shotgun start at
1:00pm. The entry fee of $125 has not changed in the past four years. The dinner following the golf will be held right at the club this year. Don’t forget that if you are not a golfer, that’s fine!
There is a dinner only option for $50.00 which is a wonderful way to support the cause, enjoy a great meal and wonderful Christian fellowship. This is a beautiful venue and a
fantastic event. Put this date on your calendar now. Also, consider sponsoring your minister as well.

The Youth Scholarship Program helps families who ask for assistance for their children to attend the Chi Rho, CYF, and/or Junior camps, as well as other youth related events. Since 2005, over 120 families received scholarship awards totaling in excess of $12000.00.
This is in addition to the dollars that our individual congregations are able to provide to youth attending camps. Our goal is to ensure that
no child is prevented from attending camp due to financial issues. |
