Dear Resident,

An Bord Pleanála has destroyed Clane’s sustainable Local Area Plan by adding huge “Strategic Housing Developments” to hundreds of existing permissions. Our legal advice is that they acted incorrectly and illegally.

This unplanned building explosion will impact everyone, e.g., school-place shortages, after-school activity waiting lists, chronic traffic congestion, pressure on all local services.

Concerned residents and Clane Community Council are preparing an urgent legal challenge to save Clane from this massive over-development: a Sustainable Clane Judicial Review.

Unfortunately, this €40k legal challenge is our last opportunity to protect a Sustainable Clane.

We must act together and fast.
