Ex-comm meeting on 18th November 2012 - Agenda

Dear Team, 

We're 29 members strong today. You are an integral part of this growth. Congratulations to you on that! 

It's time we reviewed the way we work and refine our practices. We will have our FIRST official ex-comm meeting this Sunday at 1.30pm. The venue for the meet will be McDonald's restaurant near Velachery MRTS.
The following are the points of discussion which need immediate attention according to me. Request you to bring relevant documentation or material pertaining to your role that will help us make decisions better. Please feel free to add any further points of discussion if I have missed any - 

1. Automation of role-players assigning activity - Ways to get sandyeast familiar
2. New member induction process - How are we doing it?
3. Toastmaster magazine - Are we getting them?
4. Content generation for Club web-site. 
   
5. MoMs and Agenda for each meeting
6. Late starts of meetings - Why is it happening? How can we ensure perfect timings in the days to come?

Hi Divya,

Greetings !!!

as we discussed over the phone. we will go ahead with the meeting as sometime or the other we may not have any 1 or 2 of our officers .

Lets us put this and go ahead with the meeting.

In case of any absentees , we will keep them posted !
