In this scenario : are we planning to include this workshop as part of our regular meeting activity or will the meeting will have only the Workshop !!

Harish: We can have 3 prepared speeches + evaluations (30 mins), some table topics (15 mins) and the workshop (30 mins) + Misc (30 mins)

If we can start our meeting sharp at 3 pm, it would be great.

Thanks for sharing the list.  We have two proj slots this week not three. We have restricted it as we are going to have Evaluation workshop.
