This week we had one guest, who visited us purely drawn by the blog we've. Blog is a powerful way to make a mark in the e-space.

The Blog of CCC is now updated. Take a look at it. If you've have any areas for improving the blog, let's discuss as a chain mail here. 

We'll have the VP-PR, TM Mohan taking over the blog from here and maintaining it updated. Other office bearers are welcome to share control over the blog. 

Recommend you to share the blog on your FB and write articles for it.

Great idea ! I just visited the blog (after a long time) and I found it very nice & useful.

Blogspot is simple to use and maintain. We can even archive the agenda/secretary meeting minutes etc., as blog posts. We can even consider posting the CC speech scripts from members (with their pictures) as blog posts. It will be a good reference material for new/budding speakers. Blogspot allows you to categorize posts based on various subjects. 

For example, you can look at my blog.

OMG! That blog of yours looks like a professional web-site.. I think we should have a blog-workshop by you, someday :)
 
And I never thought about MoM and agendas. They will also be great! 

And reg. speeches, Dharma has already given his CC#10 speech script to me. I was wondering if it's okay to put it.

So now shall I open another tab called speeches and post it?

Whenever you make new posts, you can just "Label/Tag" them into different categories. Blogspot allows you to add widgets. Select a widget for displaying the categories/labels along the side of the webpage. There is also a widget for facebook followers. Once you start getting familiarized with widgets, you can do lots of things in Blogspot.

We can have the following categories:

1. Speech Scripts
2. Club announcements
3. Special events
4. Meeting minutes
5. Meeting agenda
6. Meeting venue/details (club officer information, google map, meeting time etc.,)

A post can have multiple labels too. for ex., contests related posts can be tagged under club special events & club announcements
