Paddle for Thursday, August 11, 2022

Start time: 5:30 pm (Shuttle will
begin at 5:30, paddlers need to be unloaded and ready to start
the shuttle by that time).
Description: A short paddle on the Mississipp River
Put in: Goose Island, north landing
Take out: Goose Island, south landing
Shuttle time: 30 minutes
Approx. paddle time: 2 - 2.5 hours
Distance: 5.29 miles
Notes: Observe air & water temps and dress appropriately.
Life jackets will be worn while paddling.
WI boating regulations will be followed.
Covid 19 protocols will be followed as appropriate, so bring
your mask.
RSVPs are greatly appreciated (1 step short of required). Text (please Id yourself) any RSVP’s to Marty at (608) 769-2053 or respond via Fb up until the day before the paddle (I am technologically challenged, do not have mobile access to Fb).
