Chapter Meeting Recap and The Native Plant Show Update

Good Morning Everyone!

FNGLA Chapter Meeting:

In late March we had a great FNGLA Chapter meeting at our facility! This was an historic event as we brought together, for the first time ever, 3 different FNGLA chapters at one location. Over 70 attendees enjoyed food and fellowship, as well as a very informative talk on beneficial insects, by Lake County Extension Agent Brooke Moffis. If you missed this meeting, then we definitely missed you, but we will have another meeting at our facility in the near future. Thank you to all that came and made this meeting a rousing success!

The Native Plant Show 2014:

This Thursday and Friday we will be exhibiting at the second annual Native Plant Show, hosted by the Florida Association of Native Nurseries. This is an excellent regional event showcasing the native plants that Florida has to offer. If you would like to attend, the show is being held at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee.
