Dear all,

Thank you Kristy and Arthur.

I have add two notes on anti-monopoly regulation.

Actually, Hong Kong government has decided to set up the competition law already. It serves similar purpose of anti-monopoly regulation.

However, competition may not be as good as we think. There are overseas cases that large corporation make use of the competition to sue the Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs). Since SMEs have limited capital and legal knowledge, they are suffered under the competition law. You may refer to another note I added in the report.
