Minute of the 3rd meeitng

[Au Lok Wan]

Dear all,

Followings are some important items after today's meeting. Please have a look!

Meeting on 17^th June 2011

1230-1400

Since the main task for the meeting is printing of camp book,

only Winnie, Arthur&Suetsin (for regional report + written report) and Publication group need to come back.

Other members can have a good rest and Tsochiu will have pre-trip to Ocean Park for us :)

** Cat can you also come to this meeting since we still haven't meet yet!><

I think we should have a more detailed briefing to you.

Briefing Session 20^th June 2011

At 10:30 a.m.We have to be punctual this time =P

-          Brief role of group leaders

-          Q&A session for the committee

-          Bring your personal belongings to conference room.

-          1200 lunch, then 6 group leaders will leave CU at 1300 for airport

-          Coach from airport will pick up all HK committee and their belongings from conference room to dormitory.

 

Documents circulation

- Speaker's background for MCs will be sent by Esther.

MCs for each session can contact Walter if you have any problem during the preparation of MC script.

Notes to Group Leaders

Please see the attachment (Notes to Group Leaders, Draft Version).

There are some important information about the role of group leaders, reception arrangement on 20/6 and preparation for leading the groups!

The finalized version will be distributed to you all on the briefing session in 20/6 morning at 1030!

Let's add oil for the conference and enjoy it!=)
