Next Central Coast Jelly

Happy new year everyone!

I've had a few enquiries about when the next CC jelly will be. So I thought I should throw it open to the group for suggested days and locations. As for me, a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday suits me in general and I'm happy to host (or have someone else host).

What suits others who are interested in another jelly soon?
