Good Afternoon Mr. Hobbs,

It was great to finally speak with you on the phone this afternoon! Thanks so much for your support of Capital Cause's Giving Circles Project team, Food_ASAP in our effort to educate Kelly Miller School Students on the importance of healthy eating. Our sole purpose of connecting with Kelly Miller students is to potentially reach our target demographic (Ward 7 residents)  in order to reinforce the importance of eating fresh and healthy foods. Below you will find a detailed itinerary of what our participation in Strawberries and Salad Greens day on next Wednesday, May 29 will look like:
10:15 AM - Team Food_ASAP and other Capital Cause volunteers will arrive to Kelly Miller

10:15-10:40 AM - The team will set up its informational table that will consist of talking points, brochures, table decor and other information used to engage with the students

10:40 AM - 1:20 PM - Team Food_ASAP will speak with students during their lunch period about different delicious recipes that include strawberries and salad greens, the nutritional value of both and where students can find these fresh foods in their neighborhood.

1:20 - 1:35 PM - Team Food_ASAP will clean up their information station and head out for the day!

Thank you so much again for your help in our endeavor to connect with your students and empower them to make healthy choices.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Have a great day!

Best,
