FINAL TALLY FOR GCP3

Good Morning GCP3,

You all turned up and showed out yesterday to show the power of Young Philanthropy, so I want to take a moment to congratulate you all. Here's the final tally:

Dance, Dig and Dine raised $2,144

Team Spread Literacy, Spread Light raised $2,102

and Team Capital Crusaders raised $2,066

YOU ALL SURPASSED YOUR GOALS! Raising a collective $6,312 - The most Capital Cause has EVER raised in one cycle. You all are changemakers, trailblazers and (hopefully) trendsetters. Be VERY proud of your hard work. You showed that the ASK, FOLLOW-UP, and PERSISTENCE along with small donations can truly change lives! Because of your hard work 3 homeless children will go to a week long summer camp and get to just be a kid and interact with other kids outside of DC General. Because of your hard work 25 low-income kids will have access to healthy cooking and dance classes. Because of your hard work 144 children will have access to laptops and online literacy program so that they can succeed in "high school and college" as they have put it. You have truly made an impact!

So what do you do now? 

1.) Make sure that you thank and update all of your donors using the spreadsheets I've shared with you all that can be found here:

2.) Start on the DEBRIEF SURVEY and make sure you fill out the Doodle poll to schedule a time to speak with Darla and I.

3.) Be on the look out for a celebration HH soon!
