Autohelm 4000 remote...

Anyone have an autohelm 4000 remote, 4-pin version that you no longer need? Single -handed me really wants to add the ability to move further than the companionway while Auto is driving. Plenty of the 5-pin version on eBay and I just learned that it isn't simply a matter of changing the connectors.
