Swim Ladder - Delrin Bushings

Hello - Looking for suggestions to source the delrin bushings that support the swim ladder when in the up position.  Mine are falling apart.

Hi Matt, Thanks for reaching out!
If your Delrin bushings for the swim ladder are falling apart, there are a few good options for replacements, you can check the Marine Supply Stores also with a local or online marine hardware suppliers like West Marine, Defender, or Fisheries Supply. They often carry Delrin or nylon bushings compatible with various ladder designs.
Custom Fabrication, If the bushings are in unique size or shape, you can also order custom Delrin bushings through machine shops or online fabricators, websites like McMaster-Carr, Grainger or Online Metals carry Delrin rod stock that can be machined to spec.
Thirdly the OEM Replacement, If you know the brand of your swim ladder, it’s worth contacting the manufacturer directly for OEM parts, they may be able to provide the exact replacements.
To help further, feel free to share the Ladder brand/model, Dimensions of the bushing Photos if available and I will be more happy to assist in narrowing down a more exact match.
