As we wind down and prepare for Industry Brunch Eve.......

Good evening all.  We are a mere 3 hours and 2 minutes from Brunch Eve!  I can't believe we are there!

So as we prepare for setting up tomorrow, I have a couple things I could use from each of you

First, most importantly, I NEED your phone numbers!  Please send that to me tonight.  

Second, if you have ANY supplies for Saturday that you can bring tomorrow, please do so.  We would LOVE to have the room set up when we leave Friday.  Please bring that by anytime between 10 and 430.  I will be there and can meet you outside if you don't want to have to park.  To help you out here are some KEY things that I know are outstanding and may help you plan your day

• Alyson: step and repeat
  
• Christopher: banner, checkbook
  
• Kezia: printed materials (Kinkos and Philip), speakers, stickers, mimosa flutes, thank you notes
  
• Andrea: food coloring
  
• Abenaa: center pieces, white board, marker, paraphernalia, anything else from Nickcole's place
  
• Everyone: a positive attitude. We have a long 48 hours ahead of us, and we all need to remain focused

The linens may not be there until around 12, so no worries if you can't be there until later!

Also, we were thinking (ok, I was thinking) we should do "something" nice for the head table.....I mean decoratively.  If any of you have something nice that we can BORROW to make the head table stand out.  We did get a different color linen, but if you have something nice, I'd love to hear about it.  My centerpiece is not formal, but maybe some of you have something.
