4 days 13 hours and minutes...........I'm actually doing a countdown

Good evening team!

I hope you are doing well.  I am getting excited as the time ticks away.  

I have some interesting news that I can't wait to share with you Wednesday.  So you want to be there for this.  

However, I have something I need from EACH of you.  I know that we have a lot going on right now.  Many of you are working tooth and nail getting ready for Saturday, but I need an accurate count of who will be available Saturday and the times you plan to be there.  

We are going there on Friday from 10-430 for a walk through and decorating the room.

Saturday we are there from 8-4!  Everyone has to be out of the loading dock by 9 when the Chef arrives.

I really need you all to simply reply to me and let me know if you are planning on being there so that I can finalize the host/hostess assignments, and the times you are available. 

No pressure, but I need to know yesterday!

Thanks for ALL you do!  It's almost time.
