6 days......well really 5 days 16 hours and 30 minutes until Bottomless Mimosas...I mean the brunch

I hope this message finds you well.  We are really down to the wire.  Inf act, we only have 5 more days until our big day.  All of your hard work is about to come to fruition.  

We have so much accomplished, but still have a bit more to do!

Before I jump in with a big "to do" list, I want to say thank you very much for all of your hard work.  This would not have been possible without each of you and I thank you for everything that you have done.  

This is the link to your new task list.  Kezia and I have been working for the past several hours on walking through the entire day and identifying what needs to happen to get us through without a hitch!  This is where I need your help.  Please go through this document NOW and be prepared for our meeting Wednesday.  Many of you have deadlines of Tuesday, so please please please get to work, so that we are not still planning on Friday.  My desire is to be setting up the Sphinx Club only Friday.  

Also, please note, Kezia and I would like to lay eyes on each of you before Friday.  Instead of our conference call Wednesday, we need to have an in person meeting.  This is the last chance we will have to work!  We are meeting at 830 at Bus Boys and Poets on K St (you had to know that was coming).  If everyone comes prepared, we can be out by 10:30!  I know this is a lot, but this is the last time we have to meet.  Please, if never before, I need you to be there Wednesday.
