According to Dr Akinwumi Adesina, the President of African Development Bank, the future of Africa, depends on Agriculture. If you're looking for farm land for both Small & Large Scale Commercial Agriculture in Uganda, do not hesitate to contact us.

We have titled land going for between 3-5 million Uganda Shillings good for short and long term commercial agriculture farming for high value crops e.g. Hass Avocado, Coffee, Pineapples, Ginger, Grapes, Banana, Beans, Maize, Soya Beans, commercial tree growing e.g. Eucalyptus, Pine, Melia Vulkensii etc.

SHORT & LONG TERM LEASES:

For short term leases e.g. for short rotation crops e.g. ginger, beans, maize, soya beans etc, an acre of land costs between 300,000 to 800,000Ugx, depending on location. Long term leases are available for non Ugandans e.g. 49 Years, this will cost between 3-5 million Uganda shillings.
