VMware vCloud and Windows Azure support

Hi there,

Just would like to ask two high-level questions on supported clouds:

1. The github readme shows VMware vCloud is in progress right now. Any timeline on release?

2. Any roadmap for Windows Azure support?

vCloud support has no dedicated maintainer and it's implementation is
very buggy. However, the implementation is based on libcloud and I would
re-commend re-writing the adapter based on the DigitalOcean adapter as
our adapter (which is also based on libcloud) is very well tested.
Updating the driver to be more stable would not be too complicated -----
but someone needs to have a paid account to test the adapter, and nobody
on the mailiing list that we know of actually has one.

Nobody has volunteered to write an Azure adapter ----- all contributions
are welcome. =)
