My sister in Law is looking for the following. Please sent to me all the options you may have. She is here in SMA and if she finds the perfect property she will close the deal ASAP.

We are looking for a rent  2 bed apartment, house or twonhouse from September for long term - that means - a few years. If there is a large one bed apartment with a studio or any area that could be used as a second bedroom that would be fine too, no stairs or awkward ups and downs as the person who will rent the property can't see very well, a light and airy feel, outside space - a shared garden would be fine. A complex with a pool would be awesome as she likes swimming.

She is flexible on area but ideally the apartment or house would be as near to Centro as possible (so, San Antonio, Guadiana, Guadalupe, San Juan del Dios would be perfect - but it could be another area - the most important thing is the house or apartment being nice and light-full)

The price range is as low as it can be, but certainly NO MORE than $900 US a month (including services).
