Clients arriving at end of the week

Buena tardes a todos:

 

I have clients arriving at the end of the week and are looking for the following:

 

2 or 3 bedrooms and bathrooms (in the 1600-2800 sq. ft. range), but do know that most homes are larger in their selected areas. It must be move in ready – furnished and everything included. They are willing to do some cosmetic work.  They prefer quality over quantity and a quiet neighborhood. They don't want a condo and do want at least a small walled-in yard or courtyard.  They do not want to be in Centro, but do want to be fairly near downtown, so I am looking in the following neighborhoods,

 

Number one areas:

Guadiana,

Ojo de Agua, and

Park Juarez

 

Number two areas:

Atascadero,

Los Balcones,

Los Frailes
