Hi Sam, I do agree with you. In olden days plenty of land was available for the construction and practice of vastu priciples was possible. But in todays scenario it is causing havoc, specially the water source locations. One has to redefine vastu in todays context and I feel only architects can do it. Atleast to stop the irritating intervention of baseless shastries, we must do it.   One more thing I would like to point out based on my experience. It is said that vastushastra deals with unseen conditions and act at subconscious level. In my practice, I found that client who believes in vastu, is always happy with his home built on these principles despite of numerous utility problems. So at least for our clients why should not we master it?     Bhumay
