Your Role
The Associate Media Director is expected to fully lead the digital and offline planning process and actively participate in 360° planning. As the ultimate owner of the client relationship from a digital and offline perspective, the AMD must have a clear understanding of the overarching, high level business objectives for the client and how, strategically, Starcom is recommending we achieve those objectives. Therefore, the AMD will oversee and/or actively engage in development of media plan objectives and strategies, as well as own presentations, reporting, post analyses created by the team. Further, on a daily basis it is critical that the AMD be highly engaged with the team to ensure client deliverables follow through on commitments; quality of work exceeds expectations, and timely delivery. It is vital for the AMD to be current with workflow, deadlines, and to facilitate positive partnering with Starcom partners or other external teams. This leader role is responsible for performance managing and supporting the growth of all reports.

Job Summary:
The Senior Digital
Technology Director position is a key role in developing and continuing to
deliver highly relevant digital marketing campaigns and experiences to clients.
In this role, you will:

Digital Marketing Optimization Strategist -
Manager- New York
The
Digital Marketing Strategist, specializing in marketing optimization, will work
with Consulting Company's clients to understand their digital marketing needs,
translating those needs into strategies to deliver higher ROI across digital
marketing campaigns. This professional will work as a Product Expert
within our Digital portfolio utilizing Company's Interactive's platform and
tools.
The
Digital Marketing Strategist will assist with the following: planning of
optimization projects (in particular the test designs and analytical approach),
successful setup and deployment - interfacing with the client and internal
teams, timely delivery of insightful data analysis and reports.
Key Responsibilities:

To lead the definition of A/B testing, multivariate testing and

Interactive and Digital Solutions using leading or bleeding-edge concepts
and technologies

contributions
- Delivering
sold work to clients on a selective basis
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors
degree
- 6 years of
management consulting experience and 3+ years leading large scale digital
technology strategy development, web analytics, eCommerce or CMS
implementations, digital experience optimization engagements at a major
Consulting firm
- 2
years of sales experience at C-suite executive level
- Strong
digital (e.g., web, mobile, social) knowledge. Comfortable discussing
digital trends, available options with at the VP and director levels at
target clients
- 2
years of experience working in North America and in either Europe or Asia Pacific
- 1
year of Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets)
