Associate Media Director, Global Strategy

Your Role
The Associate Media Director is expected to fully lead the digital and offline planning process and actively participate in 360° planning.  As the ultimate owner of the client relationship from a digital and offline perspective, the AMD must have a clear understanding of the overarching, high level business objectives for the client and how, strategically, Starcom is recommending we achieve those objectives.  Therefore, the AMD will oversee and/or actively engage in development of media plan objectives and strategies, as well as own presentations, reporting, post analyses created by the team. Further, on a daily basis it is critical that the AMD be highly engaged with the team to ensure client deliverables follow through on commitments; quality of work exceeds expectations, and timely delivery.    It is vital for the AMD to be current with workflow, deadlines, and to facilitate positive partnering with Starcom partners or other external teams.  This leader role is responsible for performance managing and supporting the growth of all reports.

Senior Digital Technology Director - Senior Manager - New York preferred
Location: New York (Preferred) / Chicago / San Francisco
Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Technology Director position is a key role in developing and continuing to deliver highly relevant digital marketing campaigns and experiences to clients. In this role, you will:

·        Lead the technology strategy, analysis and delivery of digital marketing experiences across paid and owned media that utilize rich online marketing data and leading technologies in the space (while often doing hands-on work).

·        Be responsible for working with our clients across business and IT to understand today's marketing and advertising technology landscape versus their current capabilities and needs.

·        Manage a team of high performing technologists and work with consultants deep pool of talented digital resource

·        Work cross functionally with peers in the business strategy, experience optimization and analytics practice areas to deliver full client solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

·        Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a technical major such as Computer Science or Engineering discipline

·        Minimum of 8 years web development / technology architecture experience and software development lifecycle

·        Minimum of 4 years digital marketing consulting experience

Digital Marketing Optimization Strategist - Manager- New York
The Digital Marketing Strategist, specializing in marketing optimization, will work with Consulting Company's clients to understand their digital marketing needs, translating those needs into strategies to deliver higher ROI across digital marketing campaigns.  This professional will work as a Product Expert within our Digital portfolio utilizing Company's Interactive's platform and tools. 
The Digital Marketing Strategist will assist with the following: planning of optimization projects (in particular the test designs and analytical approach), successful setup and deployment - interfacing with the client and internal teams, timely delivery of insightful data analysis and reports.
Key Responsibilities:

·         To lead the definition of A/B testing, multivariate testing and targeting strategies in the planning stages of client projects.

·         To partner with the analytical lead and technical lead to perform the project tasks utilizing Consulting Company's proprietary software and following a proven 4 phased process.

·         To lead client presentations and planning sessions documenting required next steps

·         To communicate with client stakeholders and team members on a day-today basis to ensure the efficient delivery of processes and services and applications.

·         To support business development related activities within existing & new clients.

·         Lead engagements with clients to create highly optimized digital experiences through the full lifecycle from conception, through launch, to ongoing success

·         Develop hypothesis-driven approaches designed to maximize performance of their digital experiences

·         Drive the execution of optimization activities cross-functionally

·         Become an expert on the use and capabilities and approach to solving the problem of digital relevance

Financial Services Digital Technology Architect – Manager

Location: New York, New Jersey, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta

Level: Manager

The Digital Technology Architect will be part of the Financial Services team and will be responsible for:

  • Growing our business by leading our digital sales origination efforts at Financial Services clients and prospects both directly and in support of client team efforts
  • Developing our offering strategy and offerings in collaboration with Consulting’s Interactive and Digital Solutions using leading or bleeding-edge concepts and technologies
  • Improving our Share-of-Voice by making digital related media and marketing contributions
  • Delivering sold work to clients on a selective basis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6 years of management consulting experience and 3+ years leading large scale digital technology strategy development, web analytics, eCommerce or CMS implementations, digital experience optimization engagements at a major Consulting firm
  • 2 years of sales experience at C-suite executive level
  • Strong digital (e.g., web, mobile, social) knowledge. Comfortable discussing digital trends, available options with at the VP and director levels at target clients
  • 2 years of experience working in North America and in either Europe or Asia Pacific
  • 1 year of Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets) experience
