Below, our usual assortment of outstanding job openings and industry events.  Mike Steib & Co. are doing a ton of hiring at the newly launched North American division of Vente Privee.  Microsoft, as is its wont, also doesn't seem to be kidding around in the Entertainment Finance group.  And more!  Meanwhile, four worthwhile events from the Hatchery, AMEC and Gotham Media.  Speaking of, a couple of weeks ago I saw some scenes from the upcoming Dark Knight being shot in Newark.  Some yahoo must've thought Bruce Wayne was in the 1% because he was carrying a sign that read "Occupy Gotham."
