Manager Communications and Services
This position will report to the Associate Director – Communications and Services and will manage new product delivery and existing product lifecycles, specifically Skype Mobile and other in-home Communication Services.
This Manager will be the driving force for creation, development, and implementation of new products and pricing and help shape the evolution of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for product positioning and on-time delivery of new products and features with a focus on enhancing the end to end customer experience. · Interface with Network and IT teams, Vendors, Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners as applicable and provide business input and direction, including driving NPD/RT development, high-level use cases
· Developing benchmarks and criteria for new products and feature sets
· Recommendation and execution of Product Roadmaps with input from cross functional teams
· Leading the on-going definition / creation of product marketing requirements and use cases, detailing the capabilities and functionality
· Submission of marketing requirements (BRD / MSR) and coordination with cross functional teams to ensure requirements are satisfied
· Reporting and Analytics with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
· Market research and opportunity assessment as inputs to the product design process
· Go To Market (Align Pricing, Segmentation, Marcomm, M&P’s, Training, Distribution Plan, etc. – existing wireless area / regional relationships preferred)

The ideal candidate will possess:
· Strong understanding of Finance and product pricing & positioning strategies, including ability to make and justify business assumptions for pricing/positioning and business case models
· Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical and quantitative skills to measure the performance of existing products and identify new product opportunities
· Minimum 8 Years Sales, Marketing, Product Management experience in Wireless with at least 2 years as a Product Manager.
· Strong vendor management skills - Program manager
· Proven ability to effectively guide 2 or more projects through the stage / gate process
· Extensive experience writing marketing requirements
· Strong Project Management discipline demonstrated by a history of On-Time and On-Budget launches
· Strong Product Management Background
