Job Description
§ Research and data gathering of content providers, distributors, retailers, advertisement space sellers.
§ Coordination with Distributors and Retailers for the distribution of The Business Enterprise Magazine
§ Coordination on collecting the ‘returns’ and re-routing them as free copies to Airlines, Senior Executives of Corporations etc. in the respective cities
§ Coordination with the media agencies, media buyers, media planners and freelance executives for space selling
§ Serve as a one point contact for customers (prospective and existing)
§ Effectively handle calls related to enquiries, feedback, complaints or for taking sales orders
§ Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver
§ Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
§ Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations
§ Meet commitments to customers
§ Ensure the leads or communications are passed effectively to the relevant function viz. sales, technical team etc.
Candidate Requirement
§ 0 to 2 yrs experience as a Personal Secretary, Customer Service Executive, Telephone Operator or Receptionist
§ Excellent telephone manners
§ Ability to handle telephone calls in the most patient and polite manner
§ Exceptional language skills in English and preferably in Tamil and Hindi as well
§ Hands on experience in MS-Office
§ Ability to prepare and maintain customer database on spreadsheets (excel sheets)
§ Compensation would be a maximum of Rs.15,000 per month
§ Job Location: Chennai
