What are you going to do

• Your job as project manager management and maintenance for our management cranes department.
• From the request to delivery and recording you are responsible for projects of hoisting and lifting equipment so that the laws and regulations are complied with. You work together and coordinate with administrators and maintenance engineers to achieve an optimal result.
• As project manager management you are responsible for setting up and realizing projects with a limited scope for purchasing new and MoC adaptations (Management of Change) to lifting and hoisting installations that are managed by HTD management. This concerns a large number of projects simultaneously (± 50) of different customers (± 20) with a budget ranging from € 1000 to € 80,000. These projects require an average attention of about 4-8 hours per project.
• Making specifications of projects so that the project assignment can be predicted. As; budget, quality requirements, specifications, people and resources.
• Creating and monitoring collaboration agreements with suppliers and internal customers so that operational responsibilities become concrete.
• Monitors project results so that improvements to components according to the project assignment and planning are realized. Technical, progress, budget and commitment.
• Carries responsibility for delivering technical construction file.
• Carries out the safety regulations and ensures compliance with the regulations.
• Identifying recurring bottlenecks and making suggestions for improvement, optimization and replacement investments on this basis.

• Here you recognize yourself in the following:
• You have several years of experience as Project Manager management and maintenance;
• HBO level (towards mechanical engineering and / or electrical engineering)
• You have experience with lifting and lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Knowledge of and experience with the usual office automation (Office, etc.)
• Knowledge of drawing up project plans (MS Project).
• Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus
• In possession of VOL-VCA
