SQL error on new cBioportal install - "Table 'cbioportal.genetic_profile' doesn't exist"

Hi,

I'm getting the above error when installing version 4.1.8,  I've imported v4.0.0 of cgds.sql and v2.12.12 of seed data.  I ran migrate_db.py before importing the seed data.

The reason I chose Version 4.1.8 was because I got a full install without errors.  I tried the master branch, and I tried 4.1.13 but both produced errors during the maven compile stage of cbioportal application.  I'm open to retrying these if others have confirmed they are working correctly.

Any advice apppreciated.

Apologies for the delay. Sorry you are having issues with the installation process. Any chance you are able to install cBioPortal using the Docker Compose set up instead? Or is there a specific reason you prefer to install from source?
