reference for the TCGA Firehouse Legacy

To whom it may concer,

 

We have used data from melanomas from the TCGA Firehouse Legacy. There doesn´t seem to be a reference for a publication that we can reference?

 

Secondly, do we reference cBioportal by the link or is there a reference for the portal.

Hi Beatrice,

For your first question I am quoting an earlier answer from Niki Schultz as I do not know a better one:

I don’t think there is a citation for the Firehose per se.

But you can cite cBioPortal as the data source, including the name of the data set you used.
