Dear cbioportal team,
I am a doctoral student from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf,
Germany.
Prof. Dr. Rau (Institut für Pathologie) and I are studying the TCGA data
from endometrial carcinoma, which are deposited in cBioportal under
"Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (TCGA, Firehose Legacy)".

Unfortunately we do not find the legend from the mutations, especially
we need to know what NS means?

Based on this PR -- https://github.com/cBioPortal/cbioportal-frontend/pull/5057#issue-2700890487 -- it appears "NS" stands for "Not sequenced", though now "NP" will be used, indicating "Not profiled"
