Hi,

 

I understand that AACR Genie  is a cancer registry of real-world clinico-genomic data that can be publicly accessed through cBioportal  for Research & Development purposes. Accenture would like to use some of the data to create insights and use those insights in reports, analyses, etc... I’m writing to understand if we need additional permission to use the data published.  If so, kindly confirm that we can use it.

 

Please let us know at the earliest  about this- we will assume that we can use the data for the above purposes if we don’t hear from you within one business week.

The terms of access for AACR Project GENIE data are described in this document. As long as you have acknowledged these terms (which you had to do when you first created an account for the GENIE cBioPortal), you can use the data.
