Whole Gene Deletions

Greetings,

we are using cbioportal for our research and are (successfully) importing data to a local instance.

So far this worked pretty well, however we don't know how to tell cbioportal when a gene is not only partially mutated but completely missing from a sample.

Is there anyway that cbioportal can display this case?
