Dear all,

I'm sorry to bother, I'm trying to use cBioPortal for the first time.

I've watched the video tutorial uploaded online, but I still have a question about the pathways analysis.

Is there a way to analyse the difference in pathways between groups?

In particular, is it possible to search for differences in KEGG metabolic pathways between two groups classified based on RNA expression of one specific gene?

If you can also direct me to a specific tutorial on pathway analysis, I'll be grateful, since I've only found the slides posted on the website.

Hi Pietro,

There is not currently a way to perform differential pathway analysis between groups. We have previously done some work towards this, so we are looking into what work remains in order for us to release the feature. We will let you know if we are able to make this feature available.
