Hi,

I am Dr. Igor Entin from the Hormel Institute, University of Minnesota. For research purposes, we are interested in getting access to or download gene expression data (arrays or RNA-seq) for breast cancer patients treated by different types of therapies. The data should include anonymous patient information regarding the sensitivity to the treatment received as a score for “good response”, “partial response”, or “no response”.  Is that possible to obtain such data from your database? Please provide details of how to proceed.

Thank you,

Hi Igor,

Thanks for reaching out! From the homepage there is a link to filter by “data type”. You can select RNA Seq and treatment there:

I’m not sure if these studies include response data (might be mentioned in the articles)

There is also microarray data:

You can download the full datasets from the dataset page: https://www.cbioportal.org/datasets

Hope that helps!

Best wishes,

Ino
