Survival analysis using mRNA expression on cBioPortal

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

I am interested in investigating any association between expression of candidate genes and survival of patients in cancer. However, I cannot find where on CbioPortal I can perform such an analysis, as I only see data about mutations and CNA (not expression) for candidate genes.

I appreciate if you can help me with this.

Dear Yasser,

Most TCGA studies have expression data. You should be able to analyze the expression and survival outcome. Please note that, you may want to use Onco Query Language (http://www.cbioportal.org/onco_query_lang_desc.jsp) to define one-side mRNA expression change.
