Studying the effect of the overexpression of two gene on survival

Dear cBioPortal group,

I would like to ask if I can study to effect of the overexpression of two genes (rather than just one) on patient survival. In other words, I want to see the survival rates for patients who had an overexpression of two genes (or more) and compare them to those who had normal (or lower) expression for the same two genes.
