Filter studies with certain columns(PFS_MONTHS)

Hello, 

I am using cBioPortal to analyze cancer recurrence chances. I understand PFS_STATUS and PFS_MONTHS are good indicators of recurrence. Is there a way to filter studies that have this information captured?

Hi Shailesh,

Thanks for contacting us with your question. 
You can use the data type filter on the main page, next to the search bar on the upper right corner. If you select "treatment" data type there, you will filter all the studies with treatment data. For your analysis, you could also look for DFS_STATUS and DFS_MONTHS which refer to disease free status and months since initial treatment respectively.
