Hi Team,

We are currently using a local cBioPortal instance and wanted to check if there are any custom configuration settings available. Specifically, we’d like to have certain columns (e.g., variant_classification and clinvar_significance) display by default.

I haven’t found a way to enable this through the web interface. Could you advise if there’s a way to configure this in our instance?

Thanks,

Hi Rohit,

Thanks for the email. Currently the option is to display only default columns. However if you can customize the cbioportal frontend code, then it is possible to change the default columns that appear.

It is possible to fork the codebase and customize it.

Please reply only to the cBioPortal group email.

thanks
Jag
