Hello,

I am trying to find a list of all mutations for my 528 genes that I plugged in. However, I don't want to download all the mutations for each gene individually. I want a whole spreadsheet of all the mutations for all the genes including their functional impact. Is their a way I can do this? When I try to download mutations for all the genes, by clicking the download tab and then the download mutations button,  it just brings me some txt. file with just the gene names and not the mutations

Thanks,

Lucas Wang

Hi Lucas,

You can download all mutations from the Datahub. We do not keep information on the functional impact in these files, since that information is somewhat dynamic. You can, however, use the OncoKB Annotator to programmatically annotate the variants.

I hope this is helpful.

Best,
Priti
