I would happily test any chat agent that interfaces with our local cbBioPortal instance and, or participate in testing and use with your current chat interface.

The chat interface is in prototype stage, so keep expectations low 😊 (occasional downtime, unexpected updates etc). You can give it a shot on https://chat.cbioportal.org. There’s a few different agents deployed (database querying, website navigation, documentation search). The DBAgent has a few example queries listed here. Will reach out again for more hands-on testing when the product is a bit more mature

Great to hear also you’d be open to trying a locally deployed version! At this stage I can’t recommend deploying it locally yet, unless you feel like contributing to the development effort. Note that all the source code is public (there’s references in the docs).  Will let you know once there’s a more “community-friendly” version ready for deployment
